Comme bien visible sur les photographies, le laiton de l'armure présente des signes normaux et fascinants de vieillissement, avec une patine magnifique et répandue (oxydation verte sur l'un, brune sur l'autre), des détails physiologiques qui ne constituent pas un défaut mais garanti.
